ZipFood.com is an online ordering system which allows you to place an order on your computer and have it delivered to your doorstep, or you can also pick it up yourself at the restaurant. All this without the hassle of placing it over the phone. Simply browse through numerous menus, choose what you feel like, order it, and enjoy!

How does the online ordering work?

The ordering process is very simple:

1. You place your order on ZipFood.com.
2. We receive your order instantly and then electronically communicate it to the restaurant.
3. The restaurant receives the order within seconds and gets a printout of the order with a confirmation code.
4. The restaurant confirms the order over the phone.
5. You receive a confirmation email with your order details.

How do I register?

You simply go to our Sign up page and fill in the registration form.

Is the information I submit secure?

Yes. ZipFood.com uses industry standard encryption technology when transferring and receiving private consumers.

Can I pre-order food?

Yes. You can place an order any day or time you want it delivered, providing, of course it is within the restaurant’s operating hours.

Can I pick it up myself?

Yes. You can order a Takeout, just make sure when placing the order you select the Takeout option.

Note: Some restaurants do not have that feature available.

What is the delivery range?

Each restaurant has its own delivery range. Take a look at the restaurant’s details page for delivery information.

Is there an extra charge? / Is it more expensive to order online?

No. ZipFood.com operates with the same prices you can find in the restaurant. In fact ZipFood.com negotiates coupons and savings available exclusively at ZipFood.com. If you notice any price difference please tell us using the contact us link. (We appreciate your helping us improve).

Can I use more than one address?

Yes. You can create an address book and store as many locations as you’d like. Just make sure you select the right one before you check out.

How do I pay for my order?

You can use any major credit card or you can select the cash payment option - you pay upon delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order you have placed please contact the restaurant directly but please do not wait too long because some restaurants would not accept a cancellation if they have already started making your food.

How long would it take for my order to come?

Delivery time estimates are based on your location and food preparation time. On average it takes between 40 – 75 minutes.

Please note that during inclement weather, unusual events in your area or peak traffic hours delivery might take longer.
